Personal Information We Collect

When you visit or use our Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on and/or permitted by your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

It is important that the Personal Information we collect about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your Personal Information changes during your relationship with us.   • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

  • “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Where we need to collect Personal Information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We also collect data when you otherwise interact with us directly, including where you subscribe to our service or publications, request marketing to be sent to you or give us feedback or contact us (“Contact Information”).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Contact Information. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we may collect, use, and share anonymous data without your  knowledge or consent.

We do not routinely collect any “special categories” of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses. All of the foregoing is known as “Special Information.” However, there may be instances in which we request such Special Information from you in order to formulate, market, promote or sell products and services targeting all or part of the Special Information. In those circumstances, we will inform you of our actions with respect to the collection, use, and retention of Special Information, as well as your rights with respect thereto.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We will only use your Personal Information when such use is consistent with our Privacy Policy, and applicable law otherwise allows our use. 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including setting you up as a customer, processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We may also use your Personal Information where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests, or where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties such as service providers and our professional advisors to help us render and/or improve on applicable services or otherwise as described herein. For example, we may share your personal information with a third-party data management SAAS provider to improve our services to you and/or to migrate data. We may also share your Personal Information with third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge all or parts of our business or our assets. Data Security

We have put in place reasonable security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. To the extent we retain your Personal Information beyond the point when we make substantive changes to this policy, we will notify you using certain elements of your Personal Information (e.g., email address). For the avoidance of doubt, a change in our policy does not automatically terminate our right to collect, use, or retain your Personal Information, beyond the time of change, unless such change specifically accomplishes such limitation.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
